WARRANTY
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PRODUCT?
- 3 years warranty on ghd platinum+ stylers
- 2 years warranty on stylers, curling tools, air hairdryer and travel hair dryers.
- 6 months warranty on ghd hair brushes.
HOW DO I LODGE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
To provide fast delivery to our partners, we have to work very quickly. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution centre to be dispatched. While we will endeavor to accommodate any order amendments or cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that these can be actioned.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You will receive your tracking details by text message from the carrier when your order is on the way and when it is onboard for delivery.  You can track the item by clicking on the link provided which will take you through to the relevant carrier website. The details of your carrier will be provided in the text message. Please note that the tracking information may not be live at the time that you receive your text message and ask that you allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
WHAT TIME WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?
Our orders are delivered between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY TIME?
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR MY PARCEL UPON DELIVERY?
Yes, our deliveries will require a signature.
I MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
The delivery company should leave you a card to call. The card will prompt you to either contact the carrier directly to organise another delivery on a day more suitable otherwise you will be able to pick up your order from your local post office. If you do not receive your delivery or a card to call within 3-5 working days from when you placed your order, please contact our Customer Support Team so they may investigate further.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To be among the first to hear of any upcoming promotions please ensure you are receiving our stockist emails. To sign up to receive these, please contact sales@ghdhair.com.au. From time to time, we will display discount codes on the ghd pro home page or activate secret codes through your ghd Business & Education Development Manager.
HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTION CODE?
To use a discount code online, you will be able to enter the code at the ‘Shopping Cart’ page after adding products to your cart. When you are at the ‘Your Basket’ page, below the details section, you will see a link to add a discount codes. Input your code into this box and click ‘Submit’. If you qualify for the discount code, the changes will be reflected in your cart.
CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE WITH ANOTHER OFFER?
Not all promotions will work in conjunction with other offers and codes. Please refer to our Terms of Sale and the respective terms and conditions for further details.
MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT VALID
CAN I PRE-ORDER OR ORDER FOR A FUTURE DATE?
You can place a pre-order for a product in the same way as you would with any other order and the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the product, basket and checkout pages. Please be aware if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently available products, you won't receive the order until all of the products are ready for delivery. If you would like to receive an 'in stock' product sooner, please order this product separately from the pre-order product.
Sales are usually charged at the time of dispatch* and we will send you an email communication once your order is ready for dispatch. If there is a billing issue that prevents us from charging your account, then your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email how you can fulfill your order.
